Absolute worst

Free breakfast promise was misrepresented. Hotel refused to provide free breakfast. There were no towels in the room. It took multiple requests and 5 hours of waiting to get a towel. The receptionist was rude and said she was busy with paperwork and she didn’t have time to find a towel for. She told me to wait and do not bother her. Glass window was missing, the room could have been easily accessed from a balcony on the second floor, so it felt like sleeping on the street at tonight with all street noise and complete lack of security. The hotel is my absolute worst experience. I would have given it a negative rating, but the lowest option is 1.

I arrived at this 'Hotel' and promptly discovered there was confusion at my booking. I showed my receipts and eventually my booking was confirmed. I was also made to pay an amount of 'tax', which had to be paid in cash. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given. My booking stated a complimentary breakfast was included with the tariff however at the hotel I was told that I had to pay for breakfast...??? The hotel was dirty: dirty linen, dirty towels, lights with no globes in them, remote control with no batteries...I appreciate the accommodation was fairly inexpensive...but the hotel was poor.

Null

Arrival at the hotel, it was full. They asked us to go to another hotel 2km away that was not informed of our arrival. We did not have the planned breakfast

Good price, good location, could be cleaner

The good - I paid 200 dirham for a spacious single room, with a spacious private bathroom with a nice hot shower, in the centre of Casablanca. The owner was professional and by coincidence even wandered into a nearby bar where I was having language problems and helped me out. The bad - the air-conditioning didn't work (but June was cool). The TV didn't work (but I wouldn't have used it anyway). The room hadn't been cleaned after the last guest, including the toilet - which was a bit yucky. But, hey, I was paying 200 dirham.

Overcharging

Paid breakfast when Hotels.com displayed breakfast included

The hotel is not the most cleaned, no room service, no hot water, very old towels, very old bed sheets! A whole week stay showering with cold water! But, it was good for the price!

The price is attractive, single room is sufficient for one or a couple. Facilities and transportation are easy except if the room is on the side of the street, it's a little bit noisy.

Ok

Location is the best

In my opinion, they could improve a lot in the quality of cleaning and arrangements such as lights, shower curtains change. The best is the nice location and personnel, especially Younes, a nice professional, thanks for your kindness and help in everything always. The area is perfect to find everything within walking distance

The only thing was the location other than that nothing. Also, the booking should include breakfast and there was no breakfast.
