    Close to embassies for formalities

    The big positive point is the proximity to the embassies, especially the French one which is right in front of the hotel. Very convenient for administrative procedures. However, the neighborhood is isolated from shops and attractions. The breakfast is okay but not very varied if you stay several days. Its price is high compared to the choices offered, and you have to pay at the restaurant entrance even though we made a deposit when we received the keys. This is an uncommon practice for hotels of this category! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, the bedding is comfortable. The reception is courteous but not warm.
