    Very nice hotel, well worth it. Especially when you come rolling out of the Eurostar.

    Location, room, facilities, everything was well arranged. Staff initially struggled with special requests, but quickly addressed by a manager. So all good in the end. Wonderful to roll into bed after a long train journey.

    Spectacular room, spacious and elegant. Excellent food and drinks in the restaurant. Breakfast was very good. The location is simply unbeatable. The swimming pool was uncrowded and relaxing.

    High class and well worth it

    From the moment we stepped through the door. The reception staff made every attempt to ensure you felt welcome. The free demonstration on how to make punch was fun and tasty to boot. The decor was high end and mixed modern convenience and tastefully preserved history of a magnificent building. The room and cleaning team are second to none and maintained a level of cleanliness that you would expect from a high-end hotel. Special mention should go to the head chef and kitchen staff who produced one of the finest meals I've had, lots of choice and taste. Their efforts paid off. How? Well, what was initially a special treat for my wife's birthday has turned into a must return to enjoy the service the Hotel and staff provide. I did point out to my wife that it was my birthday next.
