Great modern hotel with spacious rooms!

Great room in very nice and modern hotel. Loved the pool and spa area. Fastest and smoothest elevator I have used. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional and we would definitely stay there again!

Apartment room was good, well equipped and clean. The hotel was nice, the staff helpful and the food excellent. The only issue we had was the room was very warm overnight despite advertising rooms were air-conditioned it was not available (told it is not switched on until it gets to a certain temperature).

Good location, great hotel!

The staff was very helpful. Big apartment. The location is very good, just next to U3. Many restaurants around, Kadewe, many shops. The neighborhood is very quiet.

The room was okay. The parking in the hotel garage is very poor. Barrier opens even when the garage is occupied. Once inside, no turning possibility, tight and overall a challenge. Was also addressed by other guests in the same way.

The accommodation is recommended and the room had a lot of space for us as a family of 4 with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast was very good and the pool/sauna area was good. The only downside was the overcrowded parking garage where no space was available anymore. Otherwise, I recommend the hotel.

Spacious apartment, well-located hotel, good service. Would stay at Sana Residence Berlin again.
