Rooms were clean and love the rain shower. Hot water is always good. Staff are friendly. Check in and out was efficient. Housekeeping was everyday but could be every other day for environmental friendly. Just a block from all restaurants and souvenirs stores. Metro just a block away as also a shopping mall. Walkable to attractions.

Great location. Personnel is great. Rooms are very small but given location and price its ok

Really nice hotel in a great location. It's a short walk to multiple MRT (underground) stations and tonnes of food variety and bars. We stayed on the second floor and the street noise was loud, mainly due to our window not having glass, would have been 10/10 with some noise minimisation. We slept with earplugs and it was fine.

Excelled location, clean, convenient. Our room had only 2 power points which meant tripping over wires. It also needed more shelf space, the shelves were very narrow and not usable.

It is well located, lively at night, close to the main tourist areas, metro and bus nearby highly recommended

It is a good option to stay, easy access from the airport by metro, the room is spacious and comfortable, the only thing I find very little is two plugs for the room.

Good location but the room itself was nothing to brag about. Bad bed and the first time we had a bathroom without a sink

Nice room, helpful staff and good location

The property is nice, small rooms but it all I need. Just lots of rude guests, iPhone kids with no manners. It's a place to sleep but it's very noisy. The doors need rubber bumpers on the doors, people slam the doors all day and night. My last morning there I was awakened at 7:30 am by the housekeeper crushing aluminum cans in front of my room. Not too happy with that. I don't understand guests who talk loudly in the hallways and let their kids run wild with no supervision. Needs to be more signage, Quiet!
