    Very below what was expected.

The fact that they accepted responsibility for the air conditioning not working in the hotel and it was therefore unreasonable to expect us to stay.

The room was comfortable. The hotel, which was originally a huge brewery, is quirky, like a maze. Very nicely decorated showing its history. There was plenty of choice for breakfast.
