    Requested rooms side by side. Was told my room types don't have side by side rooms so customer service called and changed my reservation to a room type that had joining rooms. Get to the hotel and a half an hour after checking my room still aren't ready and then did not get rooms side by side after all of that. The check and clerk was rude and smirky.
