    Good-sized room, comfortable beds, nice shower. Very complete breakfast and very friendly staff. Good location, about a 10-minute walk from Gran Vía. There is a very good cafeteria with delicious croissants and pastries about 50 meters from the corner. I think it's called Osam.

    Great location, but severely compromised by credit card security concerns at check-in.

    The location is fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city center on foot and by metro without needing taxis. The room was comfortable and clean with great AC and a spacious bathroom, while the breakfast offered an incredible variety of local food. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

    Excellent location for walking around Madrid. All the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast stands out with a variety of foods and excellent quality! I recommend it! We had a room that faced the inner courtyard, so it was very quiet and dark. Ideal for a good rest!
