    Great location, pleasant staff, but in need of some attention

    The staff was great - especially Vanessa at the front desk and Mateo at the bar. Very friendly and very helpful. The location was right in the middle of Madrid which was close to everything. The breakfast buffet was nice as well. Good variety and fresh options.
