Our stay at the Sheraton Grand Beijing was absolutely fantastic. From check-in to check-out, the entire team was exceptionally professional and accommodating. As non-Chinese speakers, we truly appreciated the AI translator tool they used—it made communication seamless and stress-free. A special shout-out to Eloise and Demi at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our room change request with ease. The executive lounge team Emma, Coco, Betty and Macle also made my family and me feel warmly welcomed every time we visited. The food quality—whether breakfast or the evening snacks at the executive level—was impressive, both in presentation and taste. Thank you to Marriott Bonvoy for yet another wonderful experience.
