Great stay! Nothing to complain about. Hotel is peaceful away from the hustle of Marrakesh. The service is excellent, all the staff are very nice. The food is very good and varied. The city centre shuttle is useful to go to the city centre.

A restaurant manager who is not attentive to customers following a disappointment, excessively expensive stay in terms of quality/price ratio! A buffet with the same food every day, cold dishes, Italian restaurant the same. We have experienced much better in Marrakech, we do not recommend!

Dec stay

Comfortable room, good size, bit dated. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Nice outdoor areas. Reasonable prices at the bar.

4-day stay with adult children

We got a large, nice and quiet room overlooking a beautiful pool area. The drain in the shower worked a little poorly, slightly worn and stained carpet, otherwise the room was clean and tidy. Beds were a bit hard. Very good breakfast! Had dinner buffet for 2 days, it was expensive and not very varied. The staff were nice and service-oriented. The hotel was in nice surroundings just outside the city, with a shuttle bus to the city center several times a day.

Food was below all possibilities, cleanliness impossible, service has a lot of room for improvement

Great stay. Nice clean hotel. My single critique is personally do not like cats. They are generally very common in Morocco but I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast and a cat strolling in. Not much thought was taken when I raised this as staff they should accommodate all guests. The food was tasty, it included lamb and chicken. We requested a quiet room and we were given one which was great. King size beds are large, spacious and extremely comfy. We had the best sleep. I think the hotel can work on the lighting in the rooms as it’s not great. I would like to shout out Mustafah, Abdulla and all the bar staff they were absolutely fantastic!! So accommodating and friendly to see every night at the bar. Thanks all. Overall good stay.

Quality of meals very average and repetitive!

This hotel is magnificent, the meals are varied and tasty. The animation team is very welcoming and at the service of the customer. An ideal place to rest and recharge.
