    This is the hotel I had stayed at twice before, and unfortunately, this time the experience was much less enjoyable. I was staying with my family, and I was very disappointed — perhaps partly due to my own misunderstanding — to discover that the children were not allowed to use the pool. The mattress was also not of good quality, but the worst part was the lack of sleep for two consecutive nights. Due to a malfunction, the alarm went off in the middle of the night two nights in a row, completely ruining our sleep. At the end of the day, sleep is the most basic and essential thing you come to a hotel for. Having two nights of sleep disrupted by a hotel alarm was extremely frustrating and significantly affected our stay.

    Dirty hotel and unhelpful unprofessional staff

    Service at the pool was absolute garbage. Spent over $600 at the pool for a bed that was reserved and had our personal items on it for a waitress to allow another guest to move our items off the booked lounge chairs when we first got there. Hotel room smelled like cat pee.
