Awesome

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Hollywood. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff named Rayson & Farah were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even better. The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation. The check-in process was smooth and efficient as well. Overall, I had a great experience and felt that it was good value for money. I would definitely stay at Hotel 81 Hollywood again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Singapore.

Bullshit service between the hotel and booking.com

None - your staff are shit. You gave me stress when I arrived at the hotel. Your front desk attendant told me my payment was NOT received, but when I checked with my bank, it was already booked and it was a successful paid transaction. I tried to reach out to your customer service for help to fix the problem, but there was no update until now. I made several follow-ups already. Booking.com and Hotel 81 should have done better if you guys resolved it right away. Now, I'm stressed with this case with the bank to refund my double payment. I want someone fired in your office.

Room clean

It was very good.

The staff was very nice, the room was great, but I think for two people, the room would have been small. The hotel is very well located, the majority of my trips were done by bus. The AC works very well!

IT WAS OKAY AND SERVED THE PURPOSE

ROOM WAS OKAY BUT DIDN'T KNOW SANDALS WERE PROVIDED UPON REQUEST. THE LOCATION WAS FAIRLY GOOD AND STAFF FRIENDLY LIKE RAYSON, FAUZIE, AND ELVIN WERE HELPFUL

Thanks for the hotel manager Rayson providing a free late check-out for me due to my late flight. The front desk Elvin and Fauzie were very friendly and polite when checking me in, and Elvin allowed us to have a free early check-in. He is very kind and willing to help. Besides that, I would really want to praise the housekeeping team Liu Zhen because the room was very clean and a Malay guy Ashmir helped us immediately solve the problem when the basin was stuck. Great job Hotel 81. I will recommend it to my friends and family, and I will be sure to come back to stay again in the future when I come to Singapore.
