Like trying to sleep in a nightclub for a week!

Our first visit to beautiful Marrakesh with our family and we wanted the safety of knowing we had a 5* Luxury base. We booked and paid for two, one bedroom suites. Unfortunately, Nobu Marrakesh has its priorities misaligned and favours only the clients visiting itā€™s rooftop bar which blasts music out until 1am every night. Each evening, guest services rang our suite to make sure that we were happy with everything and every time, we mentioned the noise levels from the bar. They apologised and did absolutely nothing about it. It became comical that theyā€™d ring every night, asking the same question and benignly acknowledge it knowing they had no intention of addressing it. We asked for ear plugs after the first night and left 6 nights later still never having received them. The manager was no-where to be found apparently. Conveniently not on shift whenever we asked to speak to them. Just as the din from the rooftop died off, the surrounding clubs kicked out and what can only be described as a car rally ensued directly outside the front of the hotel. Managed by wardens executing traffic control with WHISTLES!!!!! A total utter farce! How this property falls into ā€˜Leading Hotels of The Worldā€™ is a mystery to me. Still waiting to hear back from management in regard to settling our account. To date have been offered a Ā£100 discount off our final bill. WOW! If youā€™re hoping to have any sleep at all on your trip, do not visit!

    Nobu - Marrakesh - fantastic!!

What a place, we booked a short trip to Marrakesh and booked Nobu to stay. Special shout out to Jamal who amazing, so helpful and friendly in terms of organising everything we asked. A big shout out also to the wider teams around the hotel who were fabulous too. If you ever want a short break - this is the place to go.

    The IDEAL choice in Marrakech

We just had the most wonderful trip to Marrakech and the Nobu hotel was a big part of that. The hotel is ideally located- a very close 20 min walk from the Medina and the souks- and a 10 min cab ride anywhere else in the city. It is extremely chic and very zen in style and the staff could not be more accommodating. Jamal the concierge was incredibly attentive and helped book our hot air balloon ride (absolutely amazing experience A++), souk tour, camel ride (Iā€™d skip that one if I had to do it again), our dinner reservations and car transfers. He made everything seamless as we planned everything by email with him before our arrival. Nadia at the front desk was kind and generous, upgrading us to a suite as we were travelling with our teenage daughter and I was celebrating a big birthday! While itā€™s true that the rooftop club plays very loud music at night and especially on the weekend, our suite on the 2nd floor was quiet and the music was not an issue in any way so donā€™t let that dissuade you. I was deciding between La Mamounia and Nobu and Iā€™m so happy I chose Nobu because itā€™s a much more modern hotel, and frankly is a lot more chic than La Mamounia which feels extremely stuffy.

Nobu in the heart of Marrakech

The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The spa is very large and the gym is very well equipped. The hotel's location is strategic. The restaurant is very good, the service is perfect, and the atmosphere is great. The rooftop is simply incredible with a 260-degree view and good entertainment. The neighborhood is fantastic. I'm not exaggerating; this is the absolute truth.

A special thank you to Nadia, who made our stay truly exceptional. She took care of everything down to the smallest detail and ensured we felt completely comfortable throughout. Her professionalism and personal touch really stood out. The entire team was welcoming, attentive, and on point. Everything just felt right. Highly recommended ā€” we will definitely be back.

    NOBU

I went to the Nobu Hotel and found it spectacular. The room was incredible, and the staff were outstanding. People from Morocco have something special. Iā€™d especially like to highlight the hammam in the spaā€”it was one of the best experiences Iā€™ve ever had. Hayat did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I give it a 10/10

Loud music spoils a beautiful place

The food is delicious and the service is excellent but the rooftop bar and downstairs restaurant play music so loud you can't hear your fellow diners talk, and definitely avoid suites on the 3rd floor, as you can hear the beat until 1am!
