    Overall decent hotel with good size rooms.

    Overall good location was great walking distance to train stations eateries and shopping malls. But the bed is too soft could be firmer. Room is cleaned and bed made only on every third day of stay but fresh towels were provided daily which was good.

    The location is great! The train station right next door is a big plus. You can breathe in this hotel, unlike other establishments I have visited during my stay. The rooms are not very large, but their dimensions are clearly indicated at the time of booking. So when I see some comments complaining about it, I sometimes wonder if people really take the time to read before booking 😅

    It’s a no brainer to stay at this hotel for the convenience and comfort in one of the most exciting areas of Tokyo city.

    The property was conveniently located to Shinjuku station in a quiet area. We didn’t hear any noise during the night and mornings which was great for sleep. The rooms are slightly larger than the standard hotels in the area. The facilities were excellent and we liked the hot/cold water and ice facilities outside our door. The coin-op washing machine and dryer was very convenient to do our laundry. There’s a McDonald’s near our hotel which was great for late night snacks! The staff were super helpful and always willing to help on any matter. For example, we checked out and had left a jacket behind and the reception staff promptly retrieved and delivered to us.
