En particulier, je tiens à souligner Manar de l'équipe du service client, ainsi que Merna Magdy, Rami Sad, Hosam de l'équipe du restaurant et Mohamed. Ils étaient non seulement professionnels mais aussi chaleureux, accommodants et attentifs à nos besoins. Leur dévouement nous a fait sentir vraiment valorisés.
