Highly recommend

Well, check in took some time. Two staff working. White girl, very unpleasant, and a black dude, which I checked in with. He was super cool and on the spot. I liked his service. Elevator system is the best I ever experienced. You pre press your floor, and only for you an elevator comes, and very fast. No waiting or crowded. Spa, hot tub was very small, and full of chlorine that it was foaming lots. I got a skin rash from that! But still cool spot, plenty of towels. Breakfast was good. I liked it, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, very yummy, and waffles, orange juice. If you like just a night clise to the airport, highly recommend this hotel. Free Shuttle is going every 30mins. Room was clean, bed was very comfy

The room was spacious and I loved having the kitchenette in the room. The complimentary airport shuttle also made my stay so convenient. The free breakfast was nice too!

We Arrived 7 hours before check in time sooner than expected as we were driving from Az, upon arrival i went to front desk to see if i can at least utilize parking garage w/fee fior our overnight stay as my son was dropped off at SoFi for the BTS metch line w/ no place to park, since I was already at the hotel waiting I asked if can have the free breakfast, & she said of course. When I came back to check in that afternoon there was a long line and an employee (Mgr)? Was apologizing for the wait & happily giving out bottled water fir the inconvenience. Breakfast, was delicious, room & bed very comfy., staff friendly & accommodating.better experience than our 1st visit. while I was there i was slso
