Warm, quiet, bare.

The Superior Double Room is easily heated, darkened, quiet, and 30m² in size. What more could one want? The furnishings are deliberately Spartan to appear stylish and reduce costs. Therefore, there is only a water dispenser in the basement and hardly any storage space in the room, let alone a closet. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. For us, there were no highlights, but also nothing to complain about. Since you can deposit your luggage at the reception before/after check-in/out, all requirements are met.

Quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood, but easy walk to Asakusa, which suited us very well. Clean room with a great bathroom. The café downstairs was first class with excellent coffee and craft beer.

Amazing modern hotel

This hotel is great. Modern, spacious rooms, great location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to the heart of Asakusa.

Home away from Home

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Kaika. We like that it is in a quiet residential area, not far from Asakusa and Kuramae. The rooms are comfortable and the art concept is interesting. The staff is attentive and friendly.
