    Everything ok if...

    Hotel in a great location, 3 minutes walk from the hotel beach. Nice rooftop pool. Very courteous reception and rooms equipped with everything you need. The only doubt, I requested several times from Italy to have a non-noisy room and instead I was assigned one facing the main street. The first night I couldn't sleep due to the noise of car engines and honking. The next day, after a complaint, they assigned me room 202, which faced the interior and was very comfortable, quiet, and with two bathrooms (one for service). If you end up facing the main street, unfortunately, the noise is significant. Otherwise, it's perfect.

    Fantastic location and fantastic hotel to enjoy The Palm lifestyle. As long as you don't want to go anywhere on Thur, Fri, and Sat night, it's good, as the area is VERY busy. So busy that they block the access road and road into the hotel on Fri and Sat night. After taking over an hour to get to the hotel access road, was told by police to 'park down the road for a few hours'. At 2 am, I had to walk 1 km from the car park to the hotel and pay $100 the next day to get it out.

    We got a free upgrade so that was great. Staff are so polite and helpful. General nice hotel walking distance to the beach.
