    A decent gig — with a few wrong notes

    Our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Madrid was pretty good overall — not a legendary headline act, but a solid gig. The Guest Relations team was genuinely lovely and certainly hit the right notes. The restaurant crew, however, seemed to have been sent on stage without a soundcheck: a little overwhelmed and not quite in sync. The real encore came on our credit card: an incorrect charge that took three follow-up messages to get corrected. We love an encore — just not on our bill, and definitely not one we have to chase three times. All in all, a decent performance with some warm moments. But the restaurant service and billing department could definitely use a few more rehearsals.

    Great stay in the center of Madrid

    The bed was very comfortable, clean, beautiful, very friendly staff. I didn't try the dining so I can't comment on that. Everything else was great.
