Exceptional Stay in Geneva – Outstanding Service from Loïck! We had a truly fantastic stay at Fraser Suites Geneva. The property itself is exceptional—superbly located in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance of the lake, shopping, and Old Town, yet wonderfully quiet and comfortable. The suites are impeccably maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a seamless, relaxing stay. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the hospitality. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Loïck at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Loïck provided world-class service—professional, genuinely warm, and attentive to every detail. His proactive assistance, welcoming attitude, and helpful local recommendations made us feel right at home and ensured our trip went smoothly. It is rare to encounter staff who care so sincerely about their guests’ comfort. Loïck is a credit to the Fraser Suites team. We will definitely make this our home away from home whenever we return to Geneva, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Everything perfect, especially the staff!

The reception staff is cooperative. The air conditioning works perfectly. The place is close to vital locations. Everything is comfortable. I will return next time.
