Phone was not responded and no amenities in room as per five star hotels, Floor was dirty and not cleaned properly as hairs on mat. Poor room dining service quality.

Dehumanising unsafe uncooperative unkind leaving me with no options no fault of my own

I booked I did book because I would not be flying in until the morning or so 2am approximately and for this reason I was declined yet. I was still told that I would not be able to get like I would have a cancellation fee that would be charged my card and they did not provide me any alternative to get a room even though I had written to them and got confirmation back from them at the time of the booking specifically about when my check-in hour would be and was that appropriate? And could they accommodate and I said yes multiple confirmation Bookinh emails were sent to me but they were generic. They were not specifically say yes you can check in at this time, which is what they argued me out at the door. They did not give me an alternative if they were just like you’re on the street now like we’re not gonna help you and they seem to be very judgemental and very dismissive of my situation. I needed to not be outside isn’t a female in the dark at whatever time around and it’s because it’s a built-up area with like I think factories around it it is secluded so I stayed in the lobby to because I was not prepared to charge my phone. I try and contact places and figure it all out and their lobby and I was tree with disrespect constantly asked how much longer I would be. I wasn’t bothering anyone. I was actually quite tucked away. I felt embarrassed and dehumanised with my experience experienced.
