As above

Location and value for money

Couldn't fault it for an easy going, friendly place to stay in the middle of the city. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, clean comfy bed and room, loads of choice for breakfast.

Great location, helpful staff, but very poor coeliac vegan / vegetarian breakfast.

Location

Excellent

The location was perfect for the Opera House. Georgia at reception was very welcoming and friendly. She is a credit to the hotel. We also liked the quirkiness and the games in the lobby. The rooms were also very clean and to a high standard.

Excellent, would stay again if visiting the Opera House or that area of Manchester

From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were welcoming, warm, friendly and efficient. Room clean and comfortable, Met our expectations. Close proximity to the Manchester Opera House.

Location and breakfast were excellent Bed was comfortable
