Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Auckland. The location was perfect — right in the city centre, within walking distance to great cafes, shops. The room was okay and surprisingly quiet for a central spot. The complimentary breakfast was simple but fresh. Only downside was the limited parking options nearby. Ideal for a short city stay.

the electricity in our room was out for an extended time. staff was helpful but problem persisted for awhile

Personnal was very friendly, accomodating, and helpful. They helped us out from the moment we arrived to when we left going above and beyond.

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and even gave my daughter a birthday gift on arrival. Location is perfect for cbd and the sky tower. I didn’t like the bathroom/shower but that is personal preference and the parking is extremely expensive offsite at $59 for the hours of 2pm-10am.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was friendly and communicated clearly and quickly about roadworks around the hotel. They answered my questions promptly before we arrived regarding parking. It’s a great location, near to shopping and food.
