    Everything from check in to check out was excellent. Staff was very helpful and made you feel at home. Breakfast was fantastic. One of the chefs, Satish, even customized my breakfast for me without me even requesting it. They surprise you with a different gift every day that includes nuts and chocolates. It is surely the best hotel I have stayed in Bangkok.

    We had a really nice stay at Chatrium Grand Bangkok. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very spacious and clean. We booked the 2-bedroom suite and were very happy with it. The buggy service to Siam Paragon was very convenient for us. There was a spread of different cuisines for breakfast, which was amazing. On our last day, it was one of our friend’s birthdays, and the staff surprised her with a cake during breakfast, which was a nice touch! We also went to the spa, Thann Spa, and enjoyed it very much. Overall, very happy with our experience here and will be back! Thank you for the great service!

    Good hotel to stay

    Pool, Bar, Gym, room, service, location, staff friendliness, helpfulness, etc. all very good. What did not meet my expectations were the Spa massage, the restaurant’s coffee, and the traffic surrounding the hotel is super jammed :) overall it is a good hotel to stay.
