Excellet breakfast area and menu!

The room service was inadequate for a 5-star hotel: floor not vacuumed/cleaned (hairs on the toilet floor), windows were dirty, minibar was empty, etc. Overall, the hotel is showing its age! At the reception, our feedback was not taken seriously.

My family had a wonderful stay. This is a very safe hotel and has two very nice restaurants that are open late. There is also a Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I 100% recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel!! Don’t think twice and book this hotel, you won’t regret it!!! Everyone who works there (EVERYONE) is super nice, helpful, attentive, friendly, and makes all the difference to ensure a perfect stay!!! The hotel is super clean, beautiful, pleasant, with a great location!!! Definitely, if I return to Cairo, I will stay here again!! A tip: Book executive rooms that have access to the lounge!!! Great hotel service and facilities - Would visit again!

The security was uncomfortably tight, most receptionists were cold and not friendly, the bar drink prices were extremely high, 1 double single malt was $100

They took our dirty bag without our knowledge and sent it for dry cleaning. We couldn't find it in the room occasionally. Then they said the staff took it and sent it for dry cleaning. We asked them to bring it back, this time they asked for money. We didn't want it, you did it, we said, you can't check out without paying, they said, and we paid...

Great experience. Upgrade. Staff is very kind and always available. Mobile site to order food 24/24 at an affordable price, and quality food. Perfectly located in relation to most sites to visit (25/30 minutes on average, which is reasonable in Cairo). Excellent quality bedding. And of course, it is very very clean.
