The staff totally was not nice , just the cleaners were polite

I appreciated their early check-in accommodation and the alert regarding my room availability. The staff were also very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in their guests.

We have no complaint about Hilton Garden Inn itself, in fact, we liked the hotel & their very friendly & helpful staffs. It's just that it's located in the part of Dubai that is absolutely not walkable, transportation is a must to get anyway.

All the staff: reception, room service, pool, very friendly. Also, the manager very attentive to ensure that everything is working correctly.

Accommodation conveniently located near the Burj Khalifa, many construction sites in the area, beautiful pool, good breakfast buffet, reception staff persistently trying to arrange Uber drivers, while taxis with the colorful roofs are significantly cheaper.

The spa was amazing, I think her name was Unish but she did a great job. To be fair all the staff were wonderful, lots of smiles and would like to say a special thank you to the breakfast staff and housing they were just wonderful. I can also forget the special lady her name is Jubi who always help us with transport. I really love my stay
