Staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful

Was quick n affordable accommodation close to the city n hospital

Disappointed, so much potential,lack of simple maintenance seems to be a problem.

Location is fantastic close to public transport. The actual rooms were cleaned well by the staff.

All great, Once I got my bearings as to where everything was and the different methods to get there

The location was well suited for me and the public transport was excellent once I worked it out. Booked for one and i had a double and a single bed to choose from.

It was a great stay for our first few days in OZ and get our feet under us. Close to the downtown and museums (30-40 min walk), groceries, liquor store, coffee shops and a park outside the door. The room was spacious and clean with great kitchenette for self-serve meals The Italian restaurant on site was very good, too. Cleaning staff were lovely and very friendly.

We were at the front of the property. Noise issue was mainly due to the Nepal Festival & the restaurant below. Being at the back of the property would not have resolved the festival noise, Parking was excellent
