The place is stunning, the structure is very well made. The staff, although very kind and helpful, lacks experience and organization. Instead, the spa is very well organized, fast, excellent experience.

Kuriftu Africa is a new hotel. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The free massage included with our room was brilliant. We loved the views over the city and the fresh air. The pool and Gym were also great. There are a few areas which could make it even better: 1) water served at breakfast should be bottled. We were offered tap water initially and asked for bottled water which was provided. 2) some of our food order was cold when it arrived. 3) whilst the staff constantly ask for feedback they struggle to understand comments in English. Overall these are small things. We would definitely recommend Kuriftu again.
