Great location. Staff was extremely helpful and we loved the laundry machine/dryer in our apartment.

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with very kind and helpful staff.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Even though some of them didn’t speak much English, they always did their best to communicate and assist us. We really appreciated their kindness and effort.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Beijing - excellent service and comfort! Especially liked the location - the hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of Wangfujing Street and key attractions. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything necessary for living. Cleaned very thoroughly and daily. The cleaning staff are always friendly, attentive, and kind. The view from the window was excellent. The bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing allows for a good night's sleep. The air conditioner is set up well and does not blow on the bed, which is important to me. The breakfasts are tasty and varied, with a good selection of dishes. The hotel staff is excellent - they speak English at the reception, helped with problem-solving. At all stages of our stay, we encountered attentive, friendly, and professional service, creating a truly comfortable atmosphere. The hotel left a very good impression. We would gladly stay here again and can confidently recommend it for staying in Beijing!

Excellent location. A couple of minutes walk to pedestrian street, supermarket just round the corner. Room was perfect and very comfortable. Team members I had dealings with were really good from checking in to checking out. Room wasn’t ready on arrival, waited about an hour but was compensated with 2 free breakfasts.

Would definitely stay here again when I return to Beijing
