Excellent accommodation experience

Excellent location, spacious room, soft beds. Next to the hotel is the Dazhong Plaza and subway station. Clean room, strong water pressure, good air conditioning, no strange odors or smoke. Unfortunately, the elevator and room access are card-insert, not sensor-based.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, large water volume, quick and hot water.

Bathtub available in rooms on the 11th floor, not on the 10th floor. Confirm with the front desk in advance if bathtub is needed.

Very comfortable bed, different breakfast options every day.

Stayed in this hotel every time when visiting family in Beijing since 2019 (not 2021 to 2022). They have 2-bedroom options which are excellent for my family, with friendly staff and breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn for a family trip. Only downside is it's a little far from the city center.

This hotel is very quiet and reasonably priced.

Good hotel worth coming back to.

Every staff member's attitude is very good, rooms are very clean, breakfast selection is very rich, the first choice for subsequent business trips 👍

Really good experience there. Loved all that we had around us. Nice place. Safe and very well maintained.

The service of the staff is excellent 👍, enthusiastic and warm, worth coming back to.

Have your translator ready!

Excellent customer service! Breakfast was included in the booking, which was a pleasant surprise. They had a whole range of facilities such as laundry (¥40 for the washer and dryer), fitness center (fully equipped with the latest treadmills, interactive Peloton tracker, weights area, and strength and conditioning section), excellent intercontinental buffet breakfast, and extremely clean rooms. The only issue was that none of the staff spoke English. I would have expected at least this for an international chain of hotels. Instead, they were using translators.

It's very good.
