    Dear Friends Hotel

    The staff are friendly and respectful, especially the receptionists who are cheerful. I didn't feel like they were employees, but rather like friends. Special mention to Mr. Khaled, the reception manager, and the reception team for all shifts, including Omar, Ahmed, Islam, Abdulrahman, and the very respectful and professional female staff. May God honor them all. On my first visit to Cairo, I will not hesitate to stay at the same wonderful hotel again.
