Excellent and affordable!

Vivek the Receptionist during check-in was excellent and very helpful. Housekeeping very courteous and friendly. Breakfast is outstanding with a variety of food selection and excellent service. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place hotel. I highly recommend it for the value. I will consider staying at Hyatt Place Al Rigga. Eden Tsegay from Dallas, Texas

They have good customer service

Good hotel. 5-star

Clean, Comfortable and great breakfast

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Included breakfast that was amazing. Great selection of food for every type of person.

Nice hotel club inside the hotel

Good excellent hotel. I always stay in this hotel when I come to Dubai, but this time they gave me a king bed attached to two single beds which caused my wife pain as there was always a gap in the middle where she was uncomfortable in the middle of the night. I asked the hotel to change the room and every time they said they would do it the next day at noon, but they never did. Breakfast was good and the hotel was good.

EI trainee

Thank you Sajjad and your teams. I really like your service and food in your hotel, and I really enjoyed your team's humility and supportiveness, always ready to help immediately. Thank you so much once again.

EI training

It's fantastic to stay here, with good quality food and very good lunch service provided by Sajjad, Abu Bakr, and Mohd Shahnazar, who are excellent service providers here. They coordinate every time and the food they cook is too delicious. Glad to have all this.

Best experience

Very Good Experience with Sajjad, Abu Bakar, Shahnazar Chef. Food is very good.

Great rooms and friendly staff. Decent breakfast options. Walkable and has shops around.

Food quality is not good and on 23-07-2025 they took the food back before we could eat. Really didn't like the food and service
