Hotel good, DTLA is a complete dump

Went to LA with my son to take in a Dodgers game. Perfect spot for this type of visit. Hotel is clean, staff is solid, overall a great stay. Spent most of our time in Beverly Hills for dinners, etc. Only a $45 Uber ride. Walked downtown every morning and I have to say, LA is a complete and total dump. I hadn't been there in 20 years and outside Seattle, it is the most sad and disgusting place I've been in years. Really depressing. So, while the hotel is fine, I'd stay in BH because downtown is truly a pit.

First visit

Arrived very early in the morning. Keith was able to get me checked in quickly so I could get some sleep before my early morning agenda. The bed was very comfortable, and the workspace in the room was perfect for getting stuff done. If I'm in the area again, this will be my hotel of choice. This location is highly recommended!
