Clean facilities. Slightly smaller room for a family of four but comfortable regardless. Great breakfast included.

Stay good, location, communication & cleanliness mediocre

We were a family of four in this hotel and due to the generous room size, we had enough space. The room was really spacious, which was very pleasant for us. When we checked in the evening, unfortunately, someone was smoking on our floor. The smell of smoke was very strong and unpleasant in the hallway. Fortunately, it had disappeared the next morning. Communication was a bit difficult as no staff spoke English. With a translation app, it ultimately worked, but communication was quite cumbersome. The location is somewhat remote, and most attractions are only reachable by a longer drive. However, it is positive that a metro station is within walking distance, so you can still get around well or use Didi, which works perfectly. The room was cleaned daily, although cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough overall. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay and were able to enjoy our vacation.
