    We stayed here for a week, and cannot speak high enough of our experience here! The staff and service were beyond exceptional, and this was the best service we have ever experienced anywhere we have stayed. The breakfast buffet is out of this world. Big thanks to the chefs, kitchen staff and breakfast servers who made our little girl feel like a princess every day at breakfast!!

    Charged twice for the same room and no refund

    I booked a 2 bed room through hotels.com and prepaid, arrived off a flight just before midnight and was told there is no 2 beds room available. I was forced to pay the hotel even more then my original booking for a 2 bed room stay. I basically payed twice, since that point and multiple chases ups, i get a response stating that there is nothing they can do. So much for long term loyalty.
