Very poor I can’t sleep all nights due to insects!!

There are no toilet paper, no towels, the receptionist is nice and respectful, the internet is not good,

Good hostel, not hotel.

It's more like a hostel, not an actual hotel. I stayed there for 4 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. I did not have Wi-Fi in my room, poor signal so you cannot really use their internet. It's located right in downtown Cairo, busy area, so if you are looking for a quiet place, it cannot be your choice but you have easy access to Egyptian museum/market as well as restaurants and coffee shops which are in walking distance. If you are in Cairo to see pyramids only then do not stay there, it's very far from them. Building entrance was a shock for me and it's not easy to find, very old building with a tiny, super old elevator, you should take the elevator and go to the 6th floor. It's better to ask them for a cab to pick you up from airport/train station. It is worth it. Hotel location cannot be found easily, and believe me, you will be shocked at the beginning but do not get panic, when you get up you will see how friendly they are. My room was clean enough but noisy, I could easily hear people walking/talking in corridor, I used my earplugs to sleep. Bathroom did not have any hook for towels, at least in my room. I had booked the cheapest option, the other rooms might be different. Again, I see it as a hostel not a hotel, pricing could be a little bit cheaper. In overall my stay was not bad, but it really depends on how picky you are.

For Americans staying here that have Egyptian friends they are very unfriendly to them. They will not let them visit in your room even if you pay extra for a double room, I moved out because my Egyptian friends were afraid, and they refused to give me any refund for the 10 days I had paid for

It's so good for family staying... the staff is cooperative. The breakfast is good and the hotel is in a good location. I like it.

High cost performance, nearby there are famous dessert shops and national food shops, the staff is very enthusiastic, breakfast is simple.

Also the staff is very nice and friendly. The noise from outside is a bit too loud until 3-4 am. You could enjoy breakfast until 11 am. The pictures in the booking don't match at all. I was very disappointed in that regard.

Poor management. Bed was infested with bed bugs and the bathroom was dirty. In the middle of the night, mosquito bites and noisy. It was a terrible experience which cannot be described in words.

The staff were super helpful and kind, Hussein, Maram, and Hicham. The location is great in the middle of the city. The building is old and authentic like the whole area, which I loved. The elevator is authentic too and a bit small so be prepared. The area is not quiet anyway, so if you are a quiet lover, I don't think you will love it. But the good thing is the hotel is on the 6th floor so it is far from car noises. I would definitely come back again
