Nothing unique, communication with the staff was not easy. Not a very clean room, we left because the area was not secure.

Everything is okay except for the noise caused by the air conditioning that doesn't stop. It prevented me from having the expected tranquility. If the problem is resolved, I will return because of the welcome and respect as well as the cleanliness and the breakfast offered.

Dirty, disgusting, to be avoided

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room was dirty, with lots of holes in the walls. An ideal place for ants. Smell of cigarette everywhere. The only positive point is the location of the hotel. For me, it's not even a 0-star hotel.

Worst hotel night of my life! FLEE!!!

This hotel does not deserve its 4 stars. From the moment we entered, a strong musty and humid smell made the room unpleasant. For a double room, only one large towel was provided, an unacceptable shortage for this level of establishment. We tried to reach the reception in vain via the room phone and then with our phone. The reception never answered. The nightmare began at bedtime: a deafening noise, probably due to an engine or air conditioning, started every 7 minutes with unbearable vibrations, stopping 4 minutes before starting again. Despite using earplugs, it was impossible to escape this racket, making the night endless and exhausting. Breakfast confirmed our disappointment: limited choice, poor quality, and orange juice not included, charged 40 dirhams, a scandal for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. Only the geographical location is a positive point, but this does not compensate for the disastrous experience. Hotel to avoid, especially considering newer and more professional options nearby. Perfect stay, great location, staff were really lovely and helpful. Will come again.
