    I had to find my credit card to unlock the room, the billing was sent online, and came back error me

    The elevators were broken. I had to climb 15 flights of stairs. Plus the would not extend the stay. I called reservations, got a confirmation for the extra night, and then locked us out of our room.

    Excellent hotel. King room on the 15th floor with a view of the towers. Spacious room compared to New York with a table and 2 chairs. Fridge, iron, and hairdryer. Pleasant to stay in. Good lighting in the hotel. Fast elevators. We received water and soft drinks every day. Friendly staff.

    The property is in a great location to visit the city. Large room by NY standards. Excellent room cleanliness, the bathroom was also great and spacious.

    The staff were friendly and helpful. The free bottled water and drinks in our room was a nice touch and were appreciated. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location between 6th and 7th Avenues was good access to subway stations.
