Bad!
"Hello, I booked a room with you. Much to my surprise, I received what you called an 'upgrade'. However, to my even greater surprise, I was placed in the hotel across the street. I booked six months in advance and paid 140 euros for one night, specifically because it would give me a beautiful view of the city. Instead, I was placed on the 4th floor in a completely different hotel. I honestly find this unacceptable, because if I had known this in advance, I would not have booked with you. I do not know if anything can still be done about this. But finding out it is overbooked, despite paying a lot of money and booking half a year in advance, is unacceptable to me. I look forward to hearing from you."
