We stayed at Four Seasons Casablanca for a few days, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team. The service was truly exceptional! My boyfriend fell ill during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to help us — arranging doctor visits, getting medication, and making sure we had everything we needed. A special thank you to the chef! The food was absolutely incredible, and I was especially happy to see syrniki on the breakfast menu! I was genuinely impressed by how caring, attentive, and helpful everyone was throughout our stay. Every request was handled with such kindness and professionalism. Thank you for making us feel so well taken care of. We truly appreciate it!
