Very nice and modern 5 star hotel. When my reservation was made I was given the option to add breakfast for $5US, it's definitely worth it. No self parking, only valet but it's free (not anymore if you tip the drivers which is a must anyway). Private beach and location at the Palm Jumeira in front of the mall and monorail is a plus.

Excellent!

The only things redeeming about Dukes were the pool, multiple places to hang out (when checked out and the location) The rooms and decor were so old-fashioned, the bathroom had a smell with a broken toilet and a fridge opposite the toilet. No sauna or steam room. The grounds had peeling paint all through. The lobby was poorly designed, always crowded because the front desk was super slow. Thanks to patient concierges.

In the half board they did not have good food Variety. In the breakfast they ask to pay coffee

We stay across from the mall which is great if you like to shop. The hotel and beach were beautiful.

The whole staff was friendly and they catered to all our needs highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for everything.

Loved the hotel location. Easy access to private beach. Hotel has a great indoor pool. Staff was friendly and quite helpful in general. Palm Jumeirah Mall is literally right in front of the Hotel. Hotel is a little outdated, and there was a change of ownership during our stay.

Only thing we liked about this hotel was the location was close to the Palm Jumeirah Mall and the beach. Other than that, older design rooms and balcony do not overlook the beach as we expected. Won’t be staying here again. Staff was very friendly however.

Staff members are very kind and caring, room service is very professional. Buffet breakfast has many selections and is delicious.

Everything is splendid. We appreciated the good work of the personnel, especially at the restaurant.
