Fun stay

While there were issues garden court was very quick to accommodate and send me to another hotel in the same family branch. My stay was great and the included breakfast was excellent.

Garden Court Milpark

Nice & welcoming place. The staff were courteous and my check-in was frictionless, under 5 minutes. My room was well prepared except there was no fridge & water. However, I enjoyed my breakfast. The only issue I had was the noise from cars as the place is not noise proof.

Terrible experience for me and my kids

Room and bathroom were dirty with hair stuck on towels and all over the sink, no water was provided in the room. It was a 4 sleeper but only 2 mugs and glasses provided. Lights worked randomly. Room service was non-existent, I called room service from my room to be told they don't do room service I have to come collect my food and drinks myself and take it back to the room. No variety on desserts and food. Very limited options that were available, they didn't actually have. The guy at the restaurant was meant to call me back after checking with the kitchen and forgot. When I called him back he says oh I forgot to call you!! We wanted to move rooms and the receptionist just looks at us and sighs to our face showing she wasn't in the mood to assist and says there are no rooms available for us yet the hotel had so few guests. In the rooms, we woke up to hearing people screaming and fights from another room. Experience was horrible and I would not recommend this hotel. I travel often and this was my worst experience from all places I have been before.

BAD SERVICE RECEIVED AT MILL PARK

Restaurant manager was very rude. The lady treated me over food I complained about. Insisted the food was right. Customers' words don't matter. I was literally forced to pay for food I did not eat. Veggies were raw. She questioned if it is the first time I eat lamb. The most diabolical food I ever ate.
