    Disconnected Staff & Poor Accommodations

Bartender, Q was the main highlight giving exceptional insight on places to go and things to do in Philly, and front desk receptionist, Michael gets 5 stars as he was very apologetic for his fellow staff members, trying to accommodate as much as possible for their huge shortcomings.
