Best reception team ever!
The ladies at the reception on the 9th of September (I know one of them has a name starting with an 'N') were pure class! The day was a blur for me, as I was mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausted and unsure of what my next plan was and needed a place to rest for a bit that was not in the plan. The ladies must have sensed it and helped keep my little ones engaged, helping me secure a room faster than I would have dreamed of. You both were lifesavers. Thank you. The room was comfortable with everything needed for a pleasant stay, especially if you are with kids.
