Good location, clean room

Clean room, good location especially if you will visit Mount Elizabeth Hospital. It is less than 5 minutes walk. There is a church nearby also. There is a mall located just beside the hotel.

I have a very unpleasant stay, not because of the property but because of the hospitality they offer. All the staff really poor in hospitality starting from the guy in the ground entrance that's not welcoming and offering assistance with all my heavy lugg to the checkout front office staff, she's so flat. No smile, no greeting, no nothing. Check-in progress was really really nice with Sally. Also, one guy staff at Las Palmas is quite nice and decent for this job. But the rest, you really need to train your staff better. Safe to say this is one of the worst service I get so far.

Expensive but good location

Good location if you need to be in Novena. I felt it was very overpriced for the standard or the hotel. Pool area has a lovely view but is shabby and tired. Only 2 very basic loungers. The free drinks with the exec room the quality is appalling for the wine. Snack also strange. Why not offer in the pool bar for a nice setting! Bathroom door of corner room is also not well thought. All just seemed a bit hard! Even getting milk for the coffee for the Nespresso machine

If you like a cold fridge in your room then don't stay here.

This hotel is my company's preferred hotel in Singapore and I stay in hotels all over the world, but this hotel's fridges are the worst I've experienced of over 30 years staying in hotels. As an engineer, I brought a temp probe along with me and my wine was a horrible 15°C on last visit. The hotel is fine apart from the terrible fridge issue, almost every time I stay here I complain to the front desk and they send an engineer but nothing changes. If my company allowed any other hotel in Singapore then I would try them, nothing worse than lukewarm drinks from the fridge.
